A: We open at 11:00 AM for vendors and/ or brides, there is no charge and set up does not count against your time. There is no access to the bridal room, however, until your scheduled arrival time. In addition, we cannot offer the assistance of our employees to help with any set up by vendors or bride.

Q: Can we arrive extra early for our photography?
A: No. Upon your reservation, you booked a specific time. Our preparation and staff arrival is based on this time frame. You could, however, book extra time for an extra early arrival.

Q: Can I have my wedding or engagement photos taken at the Lindley-Scott House even if I’m not getting married or having my reception there?
A: Yes. Please contact us.

Q: Can I have my own coordinator and not use the one provided by the Lindley-Scott House?
A: No, but you may have your own coordinator in addition to the coordinator provided by the Lindley-Scott House. We suggest that the bride’s personal coordinator attend to the immediate needs of the bride and allow our coordinator, who is familiar with functionality and policy of the Lindley-Scott House, do the on site coordination and activities.

A: Yes you may, however, keep in mind several concerns should be addressed when you or your florist provide an aisle runner. Aisle runners over grass tend to bunch up or get pierced by high heels. Q: What kind of a deposit do you require?
A: We generally ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This cost, however, could be negotiated depending on the circumstances.

A: Yes, there is an 20% service charge on the meal cost.

A: No.
